Beginners with a working bike and helmet are welcome.All registration will be on BikeReg only - No on-site registration.Registration closes at 4:30 PM on the day of event.Start order will be according to registration date/time. The start list will be emailed to participants after registration closes.There will be a mandatory riders meeting at 6PM in the lot. We are running under a USAC Non-competitive permit. This means neither USAC license nor one-day license are required. Generally, if it is raining and expected to rain through the late afternoon/evening, we will cancel early. If there is only a chance of thunderstorms we wait longer as often we can sneak things in.Rider InstructionsWe are guests of Concord and Carlisle, behave like it.
