Berkshire Brevet Petersburg 300K / Readsboro 200K

The Berkshire Brevet series are randonneur cycling events sponsored by New Horizons Bikes of Westfield, MA and sanctioned by Randonneurs USA. Membership in Randonneurs USA is required to participate in the Berkshire Brevets. You can join Randonneurs USA here. A Brevet is a timed long distance event conducted under the rules of the Adaux Club Parisien and its American counterpart, Randonneurs USA. Like a Gran Fondo pace line riding is permitted and there is an upper time limit for finishing. The Petersburg 300K is RUSA/ACP sanctioned. A 300K loop through Southern Vermont, Eastern New York, and Western Massachusetts. Very Hilly, 12,000 ft. of climbing. Lights and reflective wear required. The Readsboro 200K is RUSA/ACP sanctioned. A 200K loop through Southern Vermont and Western Massachusetts. Very Hilly, 8,500 ft. of climbing. Lights and reflective wear suggested.
