Join us on Saturday October 5th for the first ever Alpha Games The Main Event. The Main Event is a brand wide fitness competition that will put the strength, endurance, and determination of our members to the ultimate test. THE COMPETITION BREAKDOWN... Teams of 2 will compete side by side through the following... 1000 Meter Ski Erg60 Dumbbell Thrusters80 Calorie Air Bike50 Med Ball Sit Ups1000 Meter Row60 Burpees1 Mile Skillmill Run Waves of 15-20 teams will go off every 15 minutes.*** Heat times will be sent out 2 weeks before the event ! Top 3 in Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles will a TBD prize.All finishers will receive a custom finisher medal.
