2026 Cameron Charity Bike Ride

I volunteer for a charity organization that primarily provides food to those in need in the city of Rochester - Cameron Community Center - which is essentially a soup kitchen and a 501c organization. The recent government and economic climate are resulting in their funding being significantly cut at a time where there’s unfortunately great need. Cameron is an urban outreach center in the Lyell-Otis neighborhood in the city of Rochester. In an effort to help feed our neighbors in need we are getting together an “informal” bike ride to raise money (read – ride at your own risk). We will require a signed release form. The ride will be a 5 or 25 mile loop starting in Webster Park, 255 Holt Rd, Webster, NY on Saturday July 11th at 7:30 AM. As such you can do as little as 5 or as much as 125 miles – whatever suits you. The loop is relatively flat. While this will be self-supported we are hoping to have enough people around that we could help each other if needed. The plan is to get sponsors and raise as much money as possible to help Cameron and their patrons. We’d love to have you ride with us and if not, sponsor us.
