TriByLittleKnight Triathlon

The fifth annual TriByLittleKnight Triathlon, was the first youth triathlon in the Waverly area. The race is perfect for kids ages 5 to 16 (age by 12/31/2026). The event, staged on the Wartburg College campus features a Junior and Senior race division. Race Categories: Junior division, ages 5-9 years old: 50-yard swim in The W indoor pool (flotation devices may be used), a 2-mile bike (two-loops) around the Wartburg College campus and an 800-meter run inside Walston-Hoover Stadium. *Athletes using flotation devices are not eligible for awards.Senior Division, ages 10-16 years old: 100-yard swim in The W indoor pool, a 4-mile bike (four-loops) around the Wartburg College campus and an 1-mile run inside Walston-Hoover Stadium (4 laps). The triathlon is designed for maximum experience for the kids and spectators alike. Our event is designed chip timed and division awards will be given. Registration includes: athlete bag, shirt, swim cap and finisher medal.
