HYROX Washington DC — Americas Championship

The HYROX Americas Championship comes to Washington, DC. The top HYROX athletes from across North and South America compete for the continental title in the nation's capital.

THE FORMAT: 8 x 1km runs alternating with 8 functional workout stations: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Pro divisions feature heavier weights for an even greater challenge.

RACE CATEGORIES: Open Singles, Doubles, Relay, Pro Singles, and Pro Doubles divisions. The Americas Championship attracts the fastest HYROX athletes in the Western Hemisphere competing for qualification to the HYROX World Championship.

All fitness levels are welcome — race alongside the pros in the open divisions, or compete in Doubles and Relay formats with friends and training partners.
