Helmets* are required for all riders and Waivers must be waiver signed on day of the ride. I understand that wearing a helmet that meets the CPSC, SNELL, ASTM, or ANSI bicycle safety standards can reduce head injuries in a cycling crash and that Team Continue Foundation requires all riders to wear helmets.
