This six-week course will help you move with more fluidity, strength and confidence Open to everyone - no matter your current fitness or activity level, this course is for you No fear, no stress - this is simple, gentle and progressive This will be fun! Begin to move better for the rest of your life Tuesday and Thursday evenings for 6 weeks @ 6:00 PM from 6/2/2026 - 7/9/2026 What you need: Yoga or Fitness Mat (or just a towel) Bug spray!
