Sauna Gang Charity Workout & BBQ

Join us for a great cause.. YOUR HEALTH! Also to help support the local St Louis Fit and Food Connection! 100% of proceeds will go to this charity. What is included with your $10 Registration? Your Registration gets you a branded Sauna Gang Sauna Hat and knowing that you willl be helping those in need as well as a GTX style workout (about 1 hour, all skill levels ok) A session in the traveling Sauna Van with the Cold plunge after if you dare, and A BBQ Plate and drinks Lakeside.
