Join us on September 19, 2026, for a day dedicated to raising awareness and supporting our community's cancer care needs. The Western Navajo Fairgrounds outback trails offer a 3K, 5K and 10K path with moderate terrain. All proceeds from this event will benefit our cancer treatment center at Tuba City Regional Health Care.
