2026 Summer Walking Challenge

Join us this summer as we build healthy habits, one small step at a time! All are welcome - whether you are just starting to build a walking practice, or you have an established walking routine, there is space for you here. If running & hiking is more to your liking, you can count those miles too! The goal is to make movement a habit, whatever that looks like for you.
