Sudbury Road Race

The Sudbury Road Race includes a 5K race and a 1-mile fun run. All ages are welcome! Both races start and finish at the Ephraim Curtis Middle School (22 Pratts Mill Road, Sudbury, MA 01776). Check-in and bib pick-up begins at 9:00AM. The fun run starts at 10:00AM and the 5K at 10:30AM. This event is a fundraiser for the Sudbury Historical Society (SHS) and its Sudbury History Center and Museum. The SHS completed its ambitious project of opening a museum in the Loring Parsonage in 2021. The project revitalized an historic town asset, allowed the SHS to preserve and exhibit its important collections, accommodated our growing membership, and provided a fully accessible resource for all visitors. This fundraiser allows us to continue our operations. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the SHS relies on an active membership base and generous donors to continue to do great things in Sudbury such as preserving the history of Sudbury, displaying exhibits within our museum, and hosting fun community events such as this Road Race.
