About this event
The Dormie is the first-ever ultra marathon in Portage County, hosted on the 1.01-square-mile loop of the UW–Stevens Point campus. This unique event blends endurance, community, and support for local athletes. Organized by Steps and Strides, Inc. (the nonprofit behind Walk Wisconsin and the Wonderful Water Run), proceeds directly benefit the UWSP Cross Country Team. With a limited field of just 125 runners, spots fill quickly — don’t miss your chance to be part of Central Wisconsin running history.
