Day of Timeline: 5:30 PM — Check in 6–7:30 PM — Competition begins 8 PM — After party + awards Categories: Female Team, Male Team, Coed Team Race Format: 2 Partners 7 Stations (DB Thrusters, KB Farmer's Carry, Row, Lunges, Burpee Broad Jumps, Wall Ball Sit-ups, Box Jump or Step Over) 8 Runs (500 meters) High-energy.
