Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer Race

We are excited to welcome the community back for the 2026 Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Milliken Arboretum! Serious runners, casual joggers, and walkers alike will come together for a great day supporting an even greater cause as we run, walk, and rally in support of local children battling cancer and the families who stand beside them. Last year, the Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer raised more than $65,000 to benefit Upstate children through Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas. This cross-country fun run and 5K race helps children fighting the toughest battles of their lives by providing critical support to families throughout treatment.
