Final Instructions and Final Schedule Email sent Friday, November 21 at 12:22pm The fall is winding down, and it's time to cash in on all your hard fall training. For high schoolers, this is the best time to get a 5k/3k/Mile PR on Milesplit. Do what the collegians do: finish XC, crush a 3k/5k on the track for a big PR, then shut down before winter track. For sprinters, it's time for a final time trial before the indoor season starts. Time to check your fitness! For adults, it's PR season. Jump on a track and get that PR you deserve without any hills or turns.
