Sprint and Super obstacle course racing in the Pacific Northwest near Seattle. 20-30 obstacles through Washington's rugged, forested landscape — one of the most scenic Spartan venues in the country.

Expect rope climbs, wall climbs, barbed wire crawls, atlas stones, bucket brigades, and the fire jump. The PNW terrain adds trail running through dense forest, muddy creek crossings, and elevation changes.
