Over the years, GFF has helped employees facing adversity for a variety of reasons, such as family health issues, deaths, fires and natural disasters. GFF is controlled and administered by non-Graybar employees. It is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that relies solely on tax-deductible donations to carry out its mission.
