A fast, flat 5K along the water — then the main event. A live DJ, cold plunges and ice baths, recovery, hydration, and Miami’s best wellness brands at Bayshore Club.

Less finish line, more block party on the water. Run it or walk it — the experience is the point. Miami’s never had a 5K people want to hang around for. This is the first one. Vol. 1.

The Course

A flat, fast 5K (3.1 miles), fully off-road, run entirely along the waterfront. Out and back on the Commodore Trail and the S. Bayshore Drive path, from Bayshore Club through Regatta Park to Kennedy Park and back. No road running. Waterfront the whole way.
