Newport News Park Course The 5000M course is located at the corner of Jefferson Ave and Ft Eustis Blvd. Exit 250-B off of I-64. Follow the signs to Newport News Park. The course has grass, gravel, and a paved road. Short spikes can be worn. Make sure to bring water for your athletes.
