Super Age Games 2026

On November 7, 2026, New York City hosts something that has never existed before: a longevity fitness competition designed to measure how long you'll live well. The Super Age Games is eight trials testing the markers that actually predict how you'll age: cardiovascular capacity, grip strength, balance, agility, working memory, relational capacity, functional strength, and endurance under load. Think: Presidential Fitness Test, but built for longevity. The specifics of our trials are top secret.
