HYROX New York at Pier 76 in Manhattan is the largest HYROX event ever held in North America, with up to 50,000 athletes competing across 10 race days from May 28 to June 7, 2026.

THE FORMAT: 8 x 1km runs alternating with 8 functional workout stations — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The standardized format means your time is comparable to every HYROX event worldwide.

RACE CATEGORIES: Singles, Doubles (2-person team), Relay (4-person team), and Pro divisions for men, women, and mixed teams. Whether you're a first-timer or an elite competitor, there's a category for you.
