Shawangunk Runners Summer XC Series

Since 1974, Shawangunk Runners has hosting a summer XC series to showcase some of the great running opportunities on and around the Shawangunk Ridge. This year's 52nd series features four spectacularly scenic courses—ranging from 3 miles to 4.7 miles—on the carriage roads of Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park. NOTE: Participant numbers are limited by available parking, which means that registration is closed for the July 6 Undercliff/Overcliff run. You can still register for the remainder of the series. Start by making sure you have a 2026 Shawangunk Runners club membership. Individual memberships are just $25 and a family (up to four) is just $40. And as part of our efforts to encourage youth running, students age 22 and under can become club members for just $10. Sign up here.
