Together, we are celebrating our global community raising diabetes awareness. While we will be celebrating our community on Global Running Day in early June, we encourage you to lace up, go 5K@ADA today. Invite your friends and family to join in as we move toward a healthier future, together.In 2025, over 7,000 people from 132 countries completed their 5K@ADA. Can we count on you in 2026? 5K@ADA Challenge brings together people across the globe and ADA attendees to emphasize the need for increased physical activity to help prevent diabetes and diabetes complications. This disease awareness activity provides participants with the opportunity to raise public awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle in preventing and controlling diabetes.
