PAWS for the Cause Walkathon

Please join us for a fun walk to support PAWS Montclair, or support someone who is walking. We'll be walking on Saturday September 19, or anytime around that date that is convenient for you. You can complete a 1-mile or longer walk on your own anywhere. You'll also be invited to meet-up with other walkers as an option. How it works: -Sign up for the walk. -When you sign up, you’ll get a personal fundraising page, which you can customize. You'll set a personal fundraising goal. We recommend a minimum goal of $200, but please don't hesitate to aim higher! You'll be surprised how many people will want to support a good cause, especially one that matters to you. Of course feel free to set whatever fundraising goal is appropriate for you. - From your personal fundraising page, you'll also have the option to create a Facebook fundraiser, which will be seamlessly integrated, so it doesn't matter whether someone clicks your link directly or donates through Facebook. -Please share your page with people in your network: family, friends, colleagues and others, and ask them to sponsor you. They can donate easily by credit card right on your personal fundraising page, or on Facebook. 100% of funds raised will go towards vetting, medical, and boarding expenses associated with the dogs and cats PAWS rescues. PAWS Montclair is a 501(c)3 charity dedicated to the rescue and adoption of at-risk dogs and cats pulled from the streets, high-kill shelters, and other urgent situations. PAWS focuses on animals who may get overlooked elsewhere, perhaps because of age, looks, health, breed, or size, which in turn can take more work and time to ready these deserving rescues for their forever homes. Founded in 1977, PAWS has been serving northern NJ communities for 49 years.
