HYROX Miami Beach brings the world's largest fitness race to South Florida. Held indoors at the Miami Beach Convention Center, HYROX is a standardized fitness competition that combines running with functional workout stations in a format designed for athletes of all levels.

THE FORMAT: Every HYROX race worldwide uses the same format — 8 x 1km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, for a total of 8km of running and 8 workout stations. The complete lineup:

Station 1: 1km SkiErg Station 2: 50m Sled Push Station 3: 50m Sled Pull Station 4: 80m Burpee Broad Jumps Station 5: 1km Rowing Station 6: 200m Farmers Carry (2 x 24kg men / 2 x 16kg women) Station 7: 100m Sandbag Lunges (20kg men / 10kg women) Station 8: 75/100 Wall Balls (6kg to 3m target men / 4kg to 2.7m target women)

All categories are available for men, women, and mixed teams. The Doubles and Relay formats make HYROX accessible to beginners who want to share the workload.

WHAT TO EXPECT: The indoor venue creates an electric atmosphere with music, announcers, and thousands of spectators and athletes racing simultaneously on parallel lanes. The Roxzone — a spectator area between the running track and workout floor — puts fans right in the action.

Athletes receive a timing chip, race bib, and HYROX t-shirt. Results are tracked globally so you can compare your time against every HYROX athlete worldwide.
