D.A.S.H In Life 5K

St Francis Hospice presents the D.A.S.H In Life 5K on Saturday, November 07, 2026 at 7:30 AM! Join us in honoring Veterans with Devotion Admiration Service and Honor at the DASH in Life 5K benefiting the "We Honor Veterans" Program at St. Francis Hospice. Together, we will ensure they feel the gratitude of our nation for their service. The unique nature of those who serve in the military is paramount to St. Francis Hospice as we help each Veteran live out their own journey on the Sunset Road the best they can. This DASH honors those whose DASH has overlapped ours. You and your team can run in honor or memory of a Veteran. You can walk, run, march, skip and you can even spirit run the event. This event is open to all ages and will be held at the beautiful Brevard Veterans Memorial Center on Merritt Island. Service animals are the only pets permitted. Strollers are welcome and we ask that they line up behind the runners. Stay after the race to help celebrate the Veterans in attendance with a special pinning ceremony. Veterans- please indicate status on registration to be included in pinning.
