5K Fun Run/Walk and Community Health Fair

The Seventh-day Adventist Church places a strong emphasis on caring for the body, mind, and soul, guided by biblical principles that promote wholistic health. Seventh-day Adventists as one of the groups recognized for exceptional longevity, largely attributed to healthy lifestyle practices. As part of our mission, we seek to share these principles—often referred to as the 8 Laws of Health—with the broader community. This event will include a fun, 5K run or walk open to community members of all ages and fitness levels, as well as a health fair offering educational resources focused on wellness and prevention. Registration includes, bib numbers, t-shirt, and medal.
