Join us for the annual Knoxville Cancer Relay FREEDOM 5k scheduled for July 4, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Packet pickup and starting line are at Knoxville Police Department - 305 S Third Street in Knoxville, IA Medals will be awarded to Top 3 Males, Top 3 Females, Top 3 Boys (17 & under) and Top 3 Girls (17 & under) Cost is $35 - those who register before June 20th will receive a race shirt. Anyone who registers after this date are not guaranteed a shirt.
