KES COLOR RUN 2026 By signing up for this event you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following: Acknowledgment of RiskI understand that participation in the Color Run involves physical activity, including running or walking, and exposure to colored powder. I acknowledge that these activities may carry certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, allergic reactions, or other injuries. Health and SafetyI certify that the participant is physically able to take part in this event. I understand that the colored powder used is generally considered non-toxic but may cause irritation to sensitive skin, eyes, or respiratory systems. I agree to take appropriate precautions. Assumption of ResponsibilityI voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event on behalf of myself and/or my child. Release of LiabilityI hereby release and hold harmless the school, its staff, volunteers, organizers, sponsors, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this event. Photo/Media ReleaseI grant permission for the school to use photographs or videos of the participant taken during the event for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.
