Join us for Act Now Foundation's 5K Walk & Run on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Lincoln Park in Jersey City! Bring your friends and family and help us make every step count in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Register early to save! Your participation directly supports our work helping families navigate dementia through free dementia education, caregiver support, cognitive assessments, long-term care planning, and community outreach & advocacy.
