2026 Salt Seep Run 4th Annual

The 5K & 10K events are open to everyone with no minimum age. CASH PRIZE: Overall Top Three (3) Male & Female in each 5K & 10K ($300 for 1st place, $200 for 2nd place, & $150 for 3rd place). In addition, the top five finishers of the 5K & 10K for male and female will receive award plaques. All participants will receive a t-shirt. The 5K & 10K course is a dirt road, flat, a couple hills and sandy area loop. There will be four aid stations appropriately placed. To avoid course conflicts between the two events the 10K will start first followed by the 5K. Water will be available at (4) locations: approximately 1.25m, 2, 3.5m, 5m 2 MILE RUN/WALK ADDED (free) 5K RUN Start: 7:00 AM MST 10K RUN Start: 6:45 AM MST 2 Mile Run/Walk Start 7:15 AM MST 5K & 10K Race • Onsite Registration & Check-in starts at 5:30am MST • 5K Race Event starts at 7:00am MST • 10K Race Event starts at 6:45am MST • 2 Mile Walk/Run Event starts at 7:15am MST • Course information will be made available • Welcome sign for all participants will be posted with direction to site • Parking available, signs will be posted • Bring Mobile or printed email confirmation sheet to complete registration at check-in for bib/shirt pickup • Wear appropriate running attire
