Jogging For Jakey 5K, 6th Annual

Welcome to the sixth annual Jogging For Jakey! Every year in memory of Jacob Smotherman, we are able to donate to different programs which support children and young adults who experience not only physical disabilities, but cognitive disabilities as well.
