Lindy's Shoeboxes 4 Soldiers 5k and Fun Run

Come join us in beautiful Greenback, TN for Lindy's Shoeboxes 4 Soldiers 5K and Fun Run, a community event with a meaningful mission. This year marks our 20th year of sending Christmas care packages to our deployed U.S. Troops. To date, over 4,025 shoeboxes have been sent to service members around the world who are protecting our freedoms. Race Details Race start time: 8:30 AM All participants receive an event T‑shirtOverall Top 3 Male & Female finishers will receive special finisher awards Gospel Singing & Praise Event For the second year we are excited to host an afternoon Gospel Singing and Praise & Worship Gathering beginning at 2:00 PM. This time of worship will feature local singers and worship leaders from area churches, along with food and refreshments. We invite runners, families, and the community to come back and enjoy a time of encouragement and fellowship. Packet Pickup Friday evening at Pine Grove Presbyterian Church (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM)Race morning beginning at 7:00 AMDuring registration, you will also have the opportunity to purchase additional shirts and make a donation if you wish. Our Mission All proceeds benefit Shoeboxes 4 Soldiers, helping provide Christmas care packages to deployed service members. Parking Information Extra parking will be available across the street at Reckless Industries, with access to both parking lots.
