NCMC Turkey Trot

The NCMC Turkey trot is brought to you by the CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado. The race is open to participants of all ages and abilities and includes a 5K race on a scenic, USATF-certified 5K course and a 2K Gobler Trek fun run. The CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado is committed to making a difference is the lives of those with heart and pulmonary disease. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs and provide financial assistance to patients who otherwise, would not be able to participate in the rehabilitation program. The Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day Tradition for many families and one of the largest events in Northern Colorado. It's the perfect way to spend time with family and friends, promote cardiovascular and pulmonary health awareness and work off those pre-holiday treats! Strollers and wagons are permitted on the race course, if they are managed by an adult, we just ask that you start behind our more competitive runners. We ask that all other wheeled items such as rollerblades, bikes, skates or scooters be left at home due to the increased safety risk to oneself and other participants. Due to limited space and many families with young children we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
