When: July 2026 — run anytime in July, anywhere. Distance: 5K (3.1 miles) Who: Open to everyone — runners, walkers, stroller-pushers, treadmill warriors. Cause: 100% of donations go to an organization providing free lodging to military and veteran families while their loved ones receive medical care.
