RUCK n' LIFT Fundraiser

JOIN THE MISSION with Oscar Mike Ruckers at CrossFit 696. All participants will complete the Manion WOD which consists of 400 METER RUN/RUCK and 29 BACK SQUATS for 7 ROUNDS to pay tribute to the courage, service, and sacrifice of 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC. Thousands of veterans, families of fallen heroes, and inspired civilians across the country will gather on Manion WOD weekend from April 26-28 to complete the workout ahead of the 18th anniversary of Travis' sacrifice on April 29, 2007. (source) This is a FREE event but donations are greatly appreciated. OMR t-shirts will be available for participants who generously donate $40 online or at the event. Oscar Mike Ruckers is a nonprofit organization that honors the fallen, supports their families, and brings veterans, first responders, and supporters together. Our mission is to carry the weight of those who can no longer carry it themselves and to ensure their sacrifices are never forgotten.
