National Men’s Health Month ChallengeJune 1 – June 30, 2026 June is National Men’s Health Month, and A Few Good MENtors, Inc. is inviting people everywhere to take part in our Virtual 5K Walk/Run Challenge. Participants can complete their 5K (3.1 miles) at any time in June. Walk it. Run it. Do it alone or with friends. Choose your own location and move at your own pace. This challenge is designed to promote healthy living while supporting youth mentorship.
