3-weeks in duration with 3 practices/week for a total of 9 practice dates. 5:30-7:00 May 26-June 11 1st week will offer Tuesday 5/26, Wednesday 5/27, Thursday 5/28 Then Monday/Wednesday/Thursday format unless weather impedes and we will offer make up practices. $60 for the fee: 2nd grade and up for the age range This is an ALL-Sports Training Camp FAAST Frostburg Area All Sports Training It will teach acceleration development, speed development, agility, plyometrics, strength, conditioning AND distance running training (calling all xc runners!)
