Copper Triangle

DATES: Saturday August 1, 2026Colorado's classic alpine cycling event, the Copper Triangle, offers breathtaking scenery, stunning roads, and three challenging climbs. This 79-mile course features a total elevation gain of 6,500 feet, starting and ending at Copper Mountain Resort’s Burning Stones Plaza. Thanks in advance for your contribution in helping people who live with Parkinson’s live well today.Start TimePlease plan to begin your ride between 6 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. All riders must be on the road by 8:00 a.m. We encourage riders to begin early to avoid afternoon mountain thunderstorms and highway traffic. Colorado State Patrol will not allow anyone to start prior to first light (5:45 a.m.) and all cyclists must have both a front and back light on their bike.Youth & Development:For a limited time, we are offering youth/children 16 years and younger the opportunity to participate for free. In true cycling tradition, the Copper Triangle will take place regardless of weather; therefore refunds will not be provided.
