Join Whiskey Valor Foundation and guest VSO's once a month at 0900. Each free session begins with the reading of a Medal of Honor citation or a dedication to a local veteran, honoring the sacrifice and valor of America's heroes. Then, push yourself through a high-intensity circuit of functional movements designed to test your grit, strength, and endurance.
