2025 Power of Pink Breast Cancer Walk

Mary Washington Hospital Foundation will host the 2025 Power of Pink Breast Cancer Walk on Saturday, October 4. Proceeds from this event will once again benefit the Mary Washington Hospital Foundation’s Breast Cancer Fund. The 2.2-mile walk will start and finish in the large parking lot at the John F. Fick, III Conference Center located at 1301 Sam Perry Blvd., Fredericksburg, VA. It is located below the Mary Washington Healthcare (MWHC) Regional Cancer Center and Imaging Center for Women (ICW). LARGEST GROUP CHALLENGE When you register for the walk, we invite you to create a team to participate in the Largest Group Challenge for a chance to win a group prize! IMPORTANT: Team leaders need to create their "team name" on the first step of the registration process so participants can join their group when they register. Team registration closes at 11:59 P.M. on Thursday, September 25. SHIRTS: Deadline - 11:59 PM on Monday, September 15, 2025 BEST PINK COSTUME CONTEST Walkers are also encouraged to participate in the Best PINK costume contest with a chance to be awarded prizes. Prizes will be awarded for the Best PINK outfit in three age categories: 12 and under; 13-20; and 21 and over. Dress your dog in their PINK outfit too!
