Hypopara Life Awareness Walk

I am excited to share the very first virtual walk for World Hypoparathyroidism Awareness Day! The goal is simple: bring our community together, wherever we are in the world. Whether you walk around your neighborhood, on a treadmill, around your house, or even just to the mailbox and back, this is about participating in whatever way works for you. Every step counts! I am working on a few simple ways for people to participate remotely, including an app and a place to share a photo from your walk. This will be very informal, flexible, and accessible because we know everyone's health, symptoms, and abilities are different.
