This event is perfect for kids, families, and first-time runners who want to experience the excitement of racing inside the stadium. At 9:00 PM, the spotlight turns to the Night Raid 5K. The race begins on Edwardsville-Galena Road beside the Floyd Central track, sending runners up the opening hill toward the school. From there, participants will complete two laps around Floyd Central’s campus, taking in the course under the night sky before heading back toward the stadium. The race finishes in unforgettable fashion as runners enter the football stadium and cross the finish line on the track under the lights.
