Spin & Dye 8k

This will be the fifth running of the "Spin & Dye" 8k race in Erwin, NC. The proceeds this year will benefit Rockism for Autism. This will be challenging 8k that will start and finish at Al Woodall Municipal Park. The race will start at 7:00 am and will be chip timed. Medals will be presented to the top 3 overall female and male. Age group medals will be given to females and males based on USAT&F 10 year groupings: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up. This race will be the second of a Harnett County series, partnered with races in Dunn and Coats. Sign up for all three using the "Bundle" option and save some money! Bundle registration will only be offered until 4/30/25 when the registration for the first race closes.
