**If you are a Breast Cancer Survivor, please contact Adiyama before registering: alecanadau@wiltonrancheria-nsn.gov Come enjoy a 1.4 mile walk or 2.8 mile run and a day of fun activities in support of NBCAWR! Early Bird Registration: $45 (starts June 15th; ends Aug. 9th) Late Registration: $55 (starts Aug. 10th; closes Sep. 11th) Registration includes: event t-shirt, swag bag, light breakfast, lunch, drinks, and raffle ticket. Fun Zone: carnival games, jump house, balloon artist and face painting. Extra Fun Stuff: Mammo van onsite for screenings, health booths, exercise, Garden of Hope, honoring of Breast Cancer survivors, traditional healing, live entertainment. Please call 916-683-6000 ext. 2011 to make an appointment for a Mammogram Screening on the day of! Our Journey:To increase breast cancer awareness and screening, especially for Native American women. Breast cancer is the second leading cause of death for Native American women. It's estimated that approximately 1 in 8 women will get breast cancer in her lifetime. Our goal is to raise awareness and encourage women to screen early. PACKET PICKUP When: Friday, October 9th (Office closed on Oct. 12th) Time: 2PM - 6PM Location: Wilton Rancheria Tribal Warehouse (9728 Kent Street, Elk Grove) Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the warehouse or on the street. Friday, October 9th Location: Race Site @ Elk Grove Regional Park (9950 Elk Grove Florin Rd.) Plot 9a/9b.
