Elizabeth-Wirt VFD 5K Run/Walk & Ice Cream Social Lace up your shoes and join us for the Elizabeth-Wirt Volunteer Fire Department’s annual Ice Cream Social with our signature 5K Run/Walk. This family-friendly event brings together fitness and community spirit for a great cause. We will kick off the day with a high-energy dash through the community. Whether you're chasing a personal best or enjoying a morning stroll, come out to support our local fire department. After the race the awards will be handed out and stay for the parade. We are also proud to announce that this year’s event is an official stop in the 2026 Thunderbolt Race Series!
