Health to Better Living 5K and Fun Run, In loving memory of Jim and Lisa Wilson

Please Join us for our 3rd Annual Health to Better Living 5K and Fun Run. This run will benefit 4H members in Atchison County by helping cover the cost of 4H camp. Every year Atchison County sends many 4H members to Rock Springs 4H camp where they learn life skills and make lifelong memories. The race will be held Saturday Morning August 8th, 2026 5k race start time 7:00 AM Fun Run stat time 7:05 AM - the Fun Run distance is approximately one mile Cost to enter the race is $25.00 per person - register before July 15th to get a race day shirt! CASH PRIZE for 1st and 2nd place for both the 5K race and the Fun Run! Pick up your bib number and race shirt Thursday August 6th in the Effingham Park, across from the livestock barns from 3-5pm. We will have a tent set up with our race banner hung. The Start and Finish Line are at the corner of William and 4th street in Effingham New this year- We purchased new large digital timers to display race time!
