Kids Run Durham

Sundays, September 27 - October 25, 2026Duke Park, Durham A 5-week, fun-focused running program for kids aged 4-10 years old! Kids Run Durham introduces kids to running in the form of a loosely structured “track meet” that allows participants to explore distances ranging from 100 meters to 1 mile. Participants will receive a personalized race bib, finishing time each week, and a custom Kids Run Durham tee! Each session features a group dynamic warm up, and we invite local experts to teach kids tips and techniques for building healthy, active habits. Guest speakers address a variety of topics relevant to health, wellness, and running such as physical activity, nutrition, sportsmanship, and proper running form.**We offer a 3pm and 4pm session, which you can select when you register!
