Placed strategically on the CNY Road Racing calendar between Syracuse's 10 mile Mountain Goat, Cazenovia's 4th of July 10 miler and Utica's 15k Boilermaker, the DeRuyter DAM 8k gives runners a chance to scale down on the race miles while still staying fit with an undulating and ambitious journey around one of the most pulchritudinous courses in Upstate NY.
